Submersible pump control panel with ammeter, voltmeter, start-stop buttons and MCB

FIG. 01 — SUBMERSIBLE CONTROL PANEL

Pump House Equipment

Submersible Pump
Control Panels

A single-phase control panel built around the layout pump mechanics already know: A-meter and V-meter up top, start/stop low down, and an MCB wired straight to the motor leads. Every panel is run up and its meters checked before it leaves the shop.

Metering0–30A ammeter, 0–300V voltmeter with push-to-read button
IndicatorsPower (red) and ON (green) signal lamps
ControlsStart (green) / Off (red) push buttons
ProtectionBuilt-in MCB, C-curve, rated up to 16A, 240/415V, 10kA
WiringMarked terminals — P, N mains in; R, Y, B to motor
Use case100mm-class single-phase submersible borewell pumps
  • Tested and OK-tagged on the bench before dispatch
  • Clearly labelled terminals reduce wiring mistakes on site
  • Stocked in common HP ratings — ask us for the one matching your motor
Metal MCB distribution box, 4-way, with hinged lockable door

FIG. 02 — MCB DISTRIBUTION BOX

Distribution & Enclosures

MCB Distribution
Boxes

Powder-coated metal enclosures for housing miniature circuit breakers, in both surface-mount and flush/concealed styles. Pre-punched cable glands and a hinged, lockable door keep the installation tidy and the breakers within reach.

MountingSurface-mount (exposed) and flush/concealed (recessed) variants
Ways available2-way, 4-way, 6-way and 8-way
BodyCRCA sheet metal, powder-coated finish
DoorHinged cover with viewing window on surface variants
EntriesPre-marked knockouts for top and bottom cable entry
Use caseHome, shop and small commercial distribution boards

Wiring Accessories · New

Concealed Boxes

A galvanised steel box that goes into the wall before plastering, giving switch and socket plates a solid, square base to screw onto. Pre-cut knockouts take conduit in from any side, and the gauge is heavy enough to hold its shape through masonry work.

MaterialGalvanised CRCA sheet steel
Modules2M, 3M and 4M sizes
KnockoutsPre-cut entries on the back and both side faces
FixingThreaded screw lugs for switch/socket plate mounting
MountingEmbedded in wall chase before plastering
Use caseIn-wall switch boards, socket points, and modular plate housings
  • Heavier gauge than the loose hardware-store boxes — holds its shape during plastering
  • Screw lugs pre-threaded, ready for any modular switch plate
  • 2M, 3M and 4M sizes kept in stock for same-day pickup
Octagonal metal ceiling fan junction box with mounting rod

FIG. 04 — CEILING FAN JUNCTION BOX

Wiring Accessories

Fan Boxes

An octagonal junction box cast into the slab before plastering, carrying the down-rod that takes a ceiling fan's full hanging load. Knockouts on each face take the room wiring in clean, without a separate gland plate.

ShapeOctagonal, deep-drawn metal body
Mounting rodFixed centre rod sized for standard fan down-rods
KnockoutsMultiple pre-cut entries on the side faces
FixingSide lugs for embedding in slab/false-ceiling shuttering
Use caseConcealed ceiling wiring for fans and hanging fixtures
  • Rod set and centred at the factory — no on-site fabrication
  • Deep body keeps wire joints clear of the fan canopy
  • Bought by the carton for builders and electrical contractors
